Exchange Policy

 

1. Scope
This policy applies to all exchange requests for furniture and home products purchased through the Trade Assistance website within the United States. Users may request an exchange if the product does not meet their needs.

2. Exchange Conditions

  • Products requested for exchange must be undamaged. Minor signs of use are acceptable as long as they do not affect resale.
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be retained.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

3. Exchange Process

  • Users can submit an exchange request via email (info@tradeassistancellc.com) or phone (+1 701-391-2131), providing the order number, product information for exchange.
  • Trade Assistance will review the request and respond within 24 hours, confirming eligible products for exchange and providing the exchange address.
  • A prepaid return label will be provided. Users are not required to pay additional shipping fees.

5. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs related to exchanges are covered by Trade Assistance. Users do not pay for return shipping or reshipping.

6. Exchange Shipment

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped within 2 business days.
  • Exchange products will be delivered via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other logistics partners to the address provided at the time of order.
  • Users can track the exchange shipment in real time using the provided tracking number.
