Scope
This policy applies to all orders of furniture and home products purchased through the Trade Assistance website. Consumers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be undamaged. Minor signs of use are acceptable as long as they do not affect resale.
  • All included accessories, manuals, and gifts must be returned together.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number. Customer service will confirm the return request within 24 hours and issue a Return Authorization.
  3. We will provide a prepaid return label for sending back the product. All return shipping costs are covered by Trade Assistance.

Product Inspection and Refund

  • Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected.
  • If the inspection confirms that the product meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
  • If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, we will contact the consumer to explain the reason and reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure the package is securely packed during the return to prevent damage during shipping.
  • When using the prepaid return label, retain the shipping tracking number to monitor the shipment status.
  • Refund processing time usually takes 2 working days.
