This policy applies to all furniture and home product orders placed through the Trade Assistance website. It specifies the conditions, process, and processing time for order cancellations.

2. Cancellation Request Time

  • Users may submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • Orders submitted after 24 hours or that have already entered the shipping stage cannot be directly canceled and must be handled according to the Return Policy.

3. Cancellation Process

  • The request must include the order number, the name of the person who placed the order, and product details to allow customer service to verify the order.
  • Trade Assistance customer service will confirm whether the cancellation can be processed within 24 hours of receiving the request and respond to the user.

4. Processing Paid Orders

  • If the cancellation request is approved, the payment will be refunded within 2 business days using the original payment method.
  • Users will not incur any additional fees.

5. Orders Already Shipped

  • If the order has already been shipped by the logistics partner (FedEx, UPS, DHL), it cannot be directly canceled.
  • In this case, users should follow the Return Policy. Once the product is returned, the refund will be processed within 2 business days.
